What is HUMANX?
HUMANX is an invitation-led, highly interactive, one-day executive eXperience designed for approximately 50 to 60 senior leaders.
Our mission is to help leaders step away from day-to-day pressure, challenge assumptions and explore the human capabilities that drive trust, performance and growth in the age of AI.
We bring global expertise, local intelligence and real leadership eXperience together to explore challenges that are deeply connected: technology, risk, culture, resilience, belonging and human connection.
The four founders behind HUMANX
Andy Jarvis explores digital complexity, AI, systems, cyber and risk, examining what happens when technology evolves faster than the people, structures and foundations supporting it.
Joni Peddie focuses on trust, leadership behaviour, resilience and the human signals leaders may not always hear, helping leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface of their organisation.
Claire Boscq brings the Employee eXperience lens, exploring culture, recognition, belonging, connection and what it truly feels like to work inside an organisation.
Chantelle Botha explores permission, personal ownership, courage, conscious choice and the decisions leaders may be avoiding, because the way we lead others often begins with the way we lead ourselves.
The HUMANX eXperience
The experience begins with a confidential Human Advantage Audit, giving each participant a personal starting point for the day.
Global perspectives and local leadership insight open the conversation. In What I Wish I Had Seen Earlier , respected local CEOs share the signals, assumptions and lessons that changed how they lead.
Those real business challenges become the working material for the afternoon’s interactive HUMANX Challenge Labs. Leaders leave with a HUMANX Action Map and practical steps for their teams and organisations.
The journey continues through our HX community and a 30-Day HUMANX Challenge, supporting participants as they turn insight into action.

As an Ambassador Partner, you help shape an experience that is relevant to your market. You contribute local insight, personally introduce HUMANX to senior leaders, connect us with potential CEO contributors and open conversations with organisations that could attend, sponsor or partner with us.
On the day, you take an active, visible role in welcoming participants, building connections and supporting meaningful executive conversations.
