Who has made you SMILE with exceptional service?
This festive season, the Jersey Customer eXperience Alliance is bringing back Give Service a SMILE to spread positivity and recognise outstanding customer service across Jersey.
We’re inviting customers to nominate employees who go above and beyond. By celebrating the people who make a difference, we want to create a buzz across the island, promoting kindness, care and excellence during the busy Christmas period.
At the heart of the campaign are the S.M.I.L.E. Standards:
• Service-Oriented: A commitment to putting customer needs first.
• Mindfulness: Understanding and empathy towards customers.
• Integrity: Building trust through congruence, honesty and transparency.
• Listening: Valuing customer feedback and using it for improvement.
• Excellence: Striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
Those recognised will receive a SMILE JCX Pin as a thank you for making Jersey a better place to shop, eat and enjoy.
All businesses across Jersey are welcome to take part. Encourage your customers to nominate someone in your team and help us celebrate the people behind great service.
