Child Safety Standards

HX | Hive eXperience, operated by Elevated Experience Ltd, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes our standards, how we prevent and respond to violations, and how to report a concern.

Who can use HX

HX is not directed at children. Members must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Every account must use the person's genuine first and last name, businesses, brands, and anonymous or fake identities are not permitted, this is enforced automatically at signup and is part of our Terms of Service.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on HX, and result in immediate content removal, account termination, and a report to the relevant authorities:

Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor, in any medium, real or simulated
Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to arrange contact with a minor for a sexual purpose
Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on or off the platform via HX
Any other content or behaviour that endangers the safety of a minor

How we prevent and detect violations

Real identity required. Every member signs up with their genuine name, not an anonymous handle.
Community reporting. Any member can report any other member or any piece of content directly in the app, with a description of what happened, reviewed by hive administrators.
Automated content flagging. Posts, comments, and other content are automatically screened and flagged for admin review.
Moderation and enforcement tools. Hive and platform administrators can warn, suspend, platform-ban, or permanently delete an account and everything associated with it.

How to report a concern

To report a member or a specific piece of content, use the Report option available on their profile or on the content itself within the app. Your report goes to hive administrators for review.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reports to us are reviewed by our team, not monitored in real time as an emergency line.

What happens when we receive a report

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as a priority. Where a report is substantiated, we will:

Immediately remove the content and suspend the account involved
Preserve relevant evidence
Report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, the standard global reporting channel used by online platforms, and to local law enforcement where appropriate, including the States of Jersey Police given our registration in Jersey, Channel Islands, and, where relevant, the Internet Watch Foundation
