Delete Your Account

HX | Hive eXperience lets you permanently delete your account and everything you've created, at any time, directly from within the app. No need to contact us first.

How to delete your account

Open HX and sign in.
Tap your profile picture (top right) to open the account menu.
Select Account Settings.
Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent, it cannot be undone or recovered. It removes:

Your profile and login
Your posts, comments, and messages
Any businesses, products, events, and courses you created
Your connections, reviews, and testimonials

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in (for example, you've lost access to your email or forgotten your password) and still want your account and data deleted, email us at hx@hx.elevatedexperience.vip from the address associated with your account, and we'll process the deletion manually. We'll respond within one month, as required by data protection law.
