Delete Your Account

HX | Hive eXperience lets you permanently delete your account and everything you've created, at any time, directly from within the app. No need to contact us first.

How to delete your account

Open HX and sign in.
Tap your profile picture (top right) to open the account menu.
Select Account Settings.
Scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent, it cannot be undone or recovered. It removes:

Your profile and login
Your posts (in every hive you posted them to), Stories, comments, and messages
The videos and photos you uploaded, including their copies stored with our video provider
Any businesses, products, events, and courses you created
Your connections, reviews, and testimonials
Your answers to forms

If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to end HX's access to your Apple ID, so HX no longer appears under "Sign in with Apple" in your Apple ID settings.

A recording you added to someone else's event stays with that event for its attendees. Posts you left behind in a hive after leaving it are deleted along with the rest of your account.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in (for example, you've lost access to your email or forgotten your password) and still want your account and data deleted, email us at hx@hx.elevatedexperience.vip from the address associated with your account (if you used Apple's Hide My Email, write from the Apple ID email it forwards to and tell us), and we'll process the deletion manually. We'll respond within four weeks, as data protection law requires.
